Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Albazaar Korea, we take great care in delivering fresh and halal products to your doorstep efficiently and safely.

Shipping & Delivery Schedule

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, depending on courier availability.
• Orders placed before 15:00 (KST) are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next day.
• Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday are shipped on Monday and typically delivered on Tuesday.

Island Deliveries (Jeju & Others)

• Orders to Jeju Island and other South Korean islands usually take 2–3 business days.
• In rare cases, delivery can take up to 5 days regardless of location due to courier delays or weather.

Packaging for Perishable Items

• Frozen and fresh items are packed in insulated styrofoam boxes with ice packs to maintain temperature.
• We ensure all temperature-sensitive products meet halal and hygiene standards.

Tracking & Support

• Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped.
• Contact our support team if you experience unusual delays.
