Dal Tadka, a scrumptious preparation of lentils mixed with a variety of spices in a special North Indian style. This lovely dish has subtle aroma and flavour, and a satisfying supper dish when served with Steamed Rice. It can be also served in main course. Best when accompanied with onion wedges and Mango Chutney.
