Braised Lamb Shanks

Recipe:

– 3 pcs lamb shanks (around 1kg) 

– 2 tbsp oil
– 2 cloves minced garlic
– 1 cup chopped onions
– ½ cup chopped tomatoes
– 1 can tomato soup (305g)

– 2 cans water
– 1 tsp mixed herbs
– 2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper powder

Rice:
– soup from braised shanks
– 2 cups rice (We used Bemisal rice

– 2 tsp salt
– 1 cup water
